Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management
    • Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
    • Help develop engaging and creative content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management
    • Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
    • Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • SEO & SEM
    • Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content.
    • Assist in managing PPC campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms).
  • Email Marketing
    • Help design and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in tracking and analyzing email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure site traffic and engagement.
    • Prepare basic performance reports for digital marketing campaigns.
  • General Support
    • Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC is a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Any relevant coursework or internships in digital marketing are advantageous.
